This project offers a generous space consisting of a living room, kitchen and dining room and a private garden on the first floor; two bedrooms and a master bedroom on the second floor; and finally, a small bedroom, laundry room, and two separate terraces on the third floor.

The private gardens gently capture a small part of the natural and exterior world, creating a hybrid space not usually found in most four-plex projects.
